PHILANTHROCULTURE SURVEY PRIZE DRAWING OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. ELIGIBILITY

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Philanthroculture and their immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

2. ENTRY PERIOD

The prize drawing begins on Dec 8, 2025 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) and ends on Dec 30, 2025 at 11:59 PM ET, or when 50 survey responses have been received, whichever comes first.

3. HOW TO ENTER

There are two ways to enter:

Method 1 - Survey Entry: Complete the survey at SURVEY LINK. Provide your email address at the end of the survey to be entered into the drawing.

Method 2 - Email Entry (AMOE): Send an email to info@myphilanthroculture.com with the subject line "Prize Drawing Entry" and include your name and email address in the body of the email.

Email entries must be received by Dec 30, 2025 at 11:59 PM ET.

Limit one entry per person regardless of entry method. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

4. PRIZES

Three (3) prizes will be awarded:

  • Prize 1: One (1) Philanthroculture t-shirt and one (1) mug (Approximate Retail Value: $41)
    Awarded to one winner selected from the first 10 eligible entries received
  • Prize 2: One (1) Philanthroculture t-shirt and one (1) notebook (Approximate Retail Value: $42)
    Awarded to one winner selected from the first 20 eligible entries received
  • Prize 3: One (1) Philanthroculture mug and one (1) tote bag (Approximate Retail Value: $37)
    Awarded to one winner selected from the first 50 eligible entries received

Total Approximate Retail Value of all prizes: $120

Prizes are not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and no substitutions are allowed except by Sponsor due to prize unavailability, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, if any.

5. WINNER SELECTION

Winners will be selected by random drawing from eligible entries within each tier:

  • One (1) winner will be randomly selected from entries 1-10
  • One (1) winner will be randomly selected from entries 1-20
  • One (1) winner will be randomly selected from entries 1-50

Drawings will be conducted within five (5) business days after the Entry Period ends. Decisions of Sponsor are final and binding.

6. WINNER NOTIFICATION

Winners will be notified by email at the address provided during entry within seven (7) days of the drawing. Winners must respond within five (5) days of notification to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond within the specified time, or if the email is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.

Winners will be required to provide a mailing address for prize delivery. Prizes will be shipped within 14 days of winner confirmation.

7. ODDS OF WINNING

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received in each tier:

  • Prize 1: Odds are 1 in 10
  • Prize 2: Odds are 1 in 20
  • Prize 3: Odds are 1 in 50

Maximum odds are 1 in 10, 1 in 20, and 1 in 50, respectively.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. By accepting a prize, winner grants Sponsor permission to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility of all entrants. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, stolen, misdirected, or illegible entries; or for any computer, online, telephone, or technical malfunctions that may occur.

By providing an email address, entrants consent to receive one email notification if selected as a winner. Email addresses will be used solely for winner notification and will not be sold or shared with third parties. Entrants may request deletion of their email address after the drawing by contacting info@myphilanthroculture.com.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Philanthroculture and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this prize drawing or the acceptance or use of any prize.

10. DISPUTES

Except where prohibited, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of Mississippi, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.

11. WINNER LIST

Requests must be received within 30 days after the Entry Period ends.
